These website terms explain the scope of Cash-Installment’s public information and tools. They do not replace application notices, a creditor’s disclosures, a payment authorization or a loan agreement you choose to accept.

| Question | Document or source to review | What not to assume |
|---|---|---|
| How does the public planner work? | The tool labels, method and website information. | That an estimate is a binding quote. |
| Who receives an application? | The notices accompanying the actual request. | That a website brand alone identifies every recipient. |
| What must I repay? | The accepted agreement and disclosures for the loan. | That a general illustration changes the contract. |
| How is a debit authorized? | The specific payment authorization and relevant rules. | That a planner or privacy preference changes the authorization. |
Information and calculations on this website
Public explanations are designed to help you identify costs, conditions and questions before making a decision. They are not personal financial, legal or tax advice. A regulator reference, directory listing or example does not establish that a loan is available to a particular person.
Calculators use the entries and assumptions shown. Results can differ from an actual agreement because of fees, timing, rate definitions, rounding or a different repayment method. An illustrative amount or schedule is not a guarantee that the same configuration can be requested or obtained.
Use accurate figures and review the full calculation, not only a headline payment. For questions about a current obligation, the creditor’s documents and the applicable rules are the relevant starting point.
A request is not an agreement
- 1RequestYou choose whether to provide information for consideration.
- 2OfferYou review the terms and identity presented.
- 3Acceptance and fundingThe relevant agreement and funding process determine the next steps.
Submitting information does not guarantee approval, a particular amount, an interest rate or a funding date. An approval message and money available in your bank account are also different events. You should be able to identify the creditor, payment schedule, charges and total repayment before accepting an offer.
These website terms do not create an obligation for a creditor to approve a request, waive a fee, change a due date or offer a hardship arrangement. They also do not add an arbitration clause, choose a governing jurisdiction or waive consumer rights on behalf of a loan agreement.
Use the tools and contact routes appropriately
Do not use public tool fields to transmit sensitive personal information, another person’s documents or credentials. Do not impersonate an applicant, alter evidence, attempt unauthorized access or use the site to send malicious content. Local checklists can help organize a question; they cannot certify information that has not been checked.
The website’s own text and layout do not transfer ownership of third-party records or photographs. A preserved certificate remains a document for reference, subject to its stated dates and limitations. Do not edit it to suggest a different authorization.
External links and saved files
Links to regulators, agencies and business profiles help readers inspect sources. They are not an endorsement or a promise that another organization will resolve an issue. External sites and the embedded application can use their own terms and privacy notices.
A worksheet or exported result is for your review. Save it carefully and check it before relying on it or sharing it. Exporting a file does not send it to a creditor, establish that the information is complete or create a signed agreement.
Availability, errors and questions
Pages and external services can be unavailable or change. If an application does not load or a result appears inconsistent, stop and use the relevant help route; do not make repeated submissions solely to bypass a loading problem.
For content errors, use the correction process. For information handling, read Privacy. For an existing payment obligation, use payment help and the responsible creditor’s contact details. These website terms do not promise a response time, uninterrupted service or an outcome for a particular request.
Questions about this page
Is a calculator result an offer?
No. It is an estimate using the stated inputs and assumptions, not a contractual price or approval.
Which document sets my payment schedule?
The agreement and disclosures for the loan you accept. A public planning page does not change them.
Do these terms waive my consumer rights?
No waiver or limitation of statutory consumer rights is created by the explanations on this page.
Does submitting the application mean I accepted a loan?
A request for consideration is not the same as accepting a loan agreement. Read the exact consent and acceptance steps presented.
Does a source link mean the regulator endorses the site?
No. A source supports the specific statement and scope indicated; it is not a general endorsement.
Can the website change my agreement through a page update?
No. A website content update is not an agreed change to an existing loan contract.
