Questions by decision stage

What is the difference between a request and an approved loan?

A request provides information for consideration. Approval, accepting an agreement and funds becoming available are separate stages. The actual process and terms determine what happens next.

Are the amounts shown in planners guaranteed to be available?

No. Planner amounts are examples or entries you supply. Current availability and any offered amount depend on the actual product, state and decision.

Can I use the tools without applying?

Yes. The public planning tools do not require a name, contact detail or loan application. They calculate or organize information in your browser.

Is a small payment always the least expensive option?

No. A longer term can reduce each payment while increasing total repayment. Compare net proceeds, charges, schedule and the total amount paid.

Does bad credit mean automatic approval or refusal?

Neither is established by these pages. Ask what the actual process reviews. Do not treat a generic credit label as an approval prediction.

Does no credit history mean there will be no credit check?

No. A limited or missing file describes available history, not the process used to evaluate an application. Confirm the inquiry type and stage.

Can gig income be counted twice if it appears in two statements?

A payout and its matching bank deposit normally describe the same money. Reconcile them once; keep own-account transfers separate from new earnings.

Which documents are accepted for self-employed income?

That depends on the request. Organize accurate income, payout and expense records, then ask which documents and date range are required.

Are SSI and Social Security retirement benefits the same program?

No. Identify the program before applying a rule. The SSI page links to SSA guidance and prepares questions; it does not determine a benefits result.

Can receiving a loan affect SSI resources?

SSA guidance distinguishes bona fide loan proceeds from funds retained into a later month. The facts and applicable exclusions matter. Ask SSA before relying on a borrowing plan.

Does federal employment guarantee a special loan?

No. These pages do not claim government sponsorship, guaranteed approval or a special employee rate. Verify any real program and its terms independently.

Is payroll allotment the same as a bank debit?

No. A payroll deduction and an account debit use different mechanisms and permissions. Ask which method is involved and what happens if pay is interrupted.

What should I review before accepting an offer?

Identify the creditor, amount financed, fees or withheld charges, payment schedule, finance charge and total repayment. Review privacy and payment permissions separately.

Does an approval message mean money is already available?

No. Verification, agreement, release of funds and bank posting can be separate steps. A planning result does not confirm a deposit.

What happens when a due date is before my next income date?

Compare the gap using your available balance and essential expenses. Ask the creditor about applicable options before the deadline; editing a planner does not move the due date.

Can a calculator change my agreement?

No. A calculation is an illustration under stated assumptions. Your agreement and relevant rules determine the obligation.

What can I do if I cannot make a payment?

Contact the creditor or authorized servicer, ask about available options and keep the response. Use the payment-help page to prepare; it sends no request.

Does turning off autopay remove the amount I owe?

No. Payment authorization and the underlying debt are separate. Ask the bank and creditor about applicable procedures and alternatives.

Does a preserved certificate prove a current license?

No. The preserved Missouri certificate states a period ending June 30, 2020. Check the issuing authority for the status and authority relevant to a current transaction.

Is Cash-Installment BBB accredited?

The exact BBB profile consulted for the records page states that the business is not accredited and is not rated. A link to that profile is not an accreditation badge.

Is a company-record address a confirmed open branch?

Not by itself. The contact page does not certify current walk-in services or opening hours at a record address.

Are all public tool entries stored by the website?

The local tool code calculates in browser memory and provides explicit downloads. That does not describe the separate embedded application or all hosting and browser activity.

Does the application have the same data path as a planner?

No. It loads an external form service and has notices for the information requested. Read those notices before entering or submitting details.

Why might the application not appear?

A connection, content blocker or external service may prevent loading. Do not repeatedly submit information. A loading message is not an application result.

Will a completed PDF be sent automatically?

No. A downloaded or completed worksheet stays where you save it unless you choose to share it. Clear local copies appropriately on shared devices.

How can I report an incorrect statement?

Identify the page and section, and include a relevant public source if available. Use the correction builder and contact route without sending sensitive account information.
