The dates below describe different events. They are not interchangeable founding dates and do not establish an uninterrupted period of website operation. Use the source link attached to an event to review its exact scope.

A directory’s business-start entry
The BBB profile gives July 30, 2014 as “Business Started.” That is the profile’s label for the date. It is not presented here as a verified incorporation date or proof of when the domain first operated.

Two different event labels can reasonably carry different dates without supporting a conclusion about ownership.
A certificate that names the website
The preserved Missouri certificate names Cash-Installment, LLC and specifically refers to www.cash-installment.com. It identifies 2400 Caton Farm Road, Unit P, Crest Hill, Illinois and states a period beginning August 6, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020.

This is evidence of the document’s content and period. It is not a current storefront listing, a testimonial, or proof that a present-day applicant will receive a loan.
The directory profile and its own date
The BBB profile separately records January 17, 2020 as its file-opening date. Opening a directory file is not the same event as forming a company or issuing a license.
A directory can also update its fields later. The profile should therefore be opened directly when its current content matters. Its existence is not an endorsement of a financial product.
A dated Missouri publication
The accessible Missouri Finance Entities extract is stamped 01/06/2026. It includes Cash-Installment, LLC as Consumer Installment with the Caton Farm Road address. The publication date must remain attached to that observation; it is not relabeled “active today.”

Keep addresses and gaps in context
An address in a dated company record tells you what the record displayed. It does not tell you whether visitors can currently walk into an office, whether the location changed or who now controls a phone number. Gaps between records do not establish acquisitions, changes of ownership or current operations. This timeline describes only the dated events supported by the linked records.
Keep the source behind a correction
To question an event, identify the document, its event label and the relevant date. A correction based on a newer source should not erase what an older document actually said. We distinguish correcting an error from adding a subsequent event.

Does the earliest record show the founding date?
Not necessarily. A record date may describe registration, a renewal or a directory’s entry. Read the event label before drawing a conclusion.
Are historical addresses current branches?
No current branch status is established by an old address. Confirm visiting arrangements through the appropriate current contact before traveling.
Does a historical registration prove current licensing?
No. It proves what the document states for its period. Current authorization requires current evidence.
Why do sources show different dates?
They may describe different events. This timeline preserves those labels rather than selecting one date and calling it the founding date.
